This week is Veteran's Day! Don't forget to thank the men and women that have served our country in the armed forces. I think one of the best ways to show you appreciate the work someone has done, including military service, is to respect and honor what they've worked for. In this case, veterans have worked for our freedom. We exercise so many "rights" in our country that other people in this world will never experience. "Among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." If we are truly pursuing these we must make our health a priority because to live your life to its' fullest extent you need to have much health as you can posses. 

Think about some things you want to accomplish in the next year. What about the next 5? 10? 20? How many of those can you still do if you're in the hospital or recovering from a major operation? How many can you do if you're 100 pounds overweight? Your health is a major determination of how much you can do with your freedom.

Thank a veteran today and show your appreciation by taking full advantage of your life of freedom.  Many are not so lucky.
