Valentin's Day is this Friday! In case you'd forgotten, consider this your warning and be sure to do something for that special someone!
Also, I'd like you to do something different this year for Valentine's Day- instead of thinking about and focusing on why you love someone else- spend some time thinking about why you love yourself.
Sounds kinda weird right?! But seriously- sit down and make a list. Write down 5 things about yourself that you like. It could be your eye color, your good taste for purses or your keen sense of direction. Whatever they are, write down five things.
Now think of someone who loves you. Write down the 5 things you think they love about you. There may be some overlap here but I bet there will be a couple new things.
It's really easy to get caught up in life and forget how valuable you are to not only yourself but other people. In light of how much you're loved by others and yourself, what are you doing to take care of yourself?
It's IMPERATIVE that you care about your health NOW. Prevent or improve health problems so you set yourself up for a long and healthy life. After all, there's only one you. You are valuable.
