We've all been there- life doesn't go as planned, your alarm doesn't get off or you just don't get out of bed. There's no one at home to watch the kids or the gym membership was too expensive to pay for this month so you're stuck at home and the thought of jogging outside as your workout sounds boring and torturous. Especially if that jog requires a jogging stroller to be pushed!!
It's easy to get in a workout at home with very little equipment. You need a yoga mat and can add much more diversity to your exercise choices if you have a wide range of dumbbells or bands to use.
Next time you need to workout at home try this:
EQUIPMENT- wall (wall sit), chair (triceps dips)
High Knees, Squat Jumps, Ski Hops, Inch Worm (repeat x 3 minutes)
Shoulder Taps, Triceps Push-Ups, Mountain Climbers, Triceps Dips [20 reps each]
Curtsy Lunges, Sumo Squat Pulses (30 seconds), Squat Kicks, Wall Sit (30 seconds) [- 20 reps each unless timed]
Repeat workout for 20 minutes.
