Usually looking back is counter productive. However, if you're looking back to help improve your forward movement that changes things altogether. It's time to take a look back at what you've experienced and accomplished so far in 2021.
Some questions to direct your thought process in looking back:
What were your goals for the year?
Have you made progress towards them?
If not, what's holding you back? If so, how can you improve?
Are you proud of something you've done this year?
How have you helped someone else?
What would you like to accomplish or experience in the next few months?
Have you been taking care of yourself? If so- what do you feel replenishes your energy and passion the best? If not- what are some things you could do?
Have you over committed yourself to any person or activity?
Have you under committed yourself to any person or activity?
Once you've taken time to look back don't dwell on the negative. Instead, create positive momentum by committing to change.
