winter workout

How many of you are working out through the winter time? Some of you got gym memberships in January but others of you are getting outside when weather permits and still yet some of you aren't doing anything at all. Here's a workout you can do with zero weights while you watch your favorite TV show. Have fun!

WARM UP: 
15 seconds butt kicks
15 seconds jumping jacks
15 seconds high knees
15 seconds plank walk outs
complete all exercises above twice (2 minutes total)

WORKOUT:
30 squat with kick back
20 lateral squats
10 triceps push ups
repeat twice (3 times total)

15 seconds butt kicks
15 seconds burpees

30 squat jumps
20 second plank
10 V push ups
repeat twice

15 seconds jumping jacks
15 seconds shoulder taps

30 bridges 
20 second quadriped
10 triceps push ups
repeat twice
