This 12 week program is designed to help you start making healthier lifestyle choices. Before you start we will decide on one habit you will stop and one habit you will start. You will set a goal pertaining to managing a health problem, weight loss or fitness (ex. Lose 10 pounds, lose 2 inches from waist or run a mile without resting; decrease blood pressure, blood sugar or cholesterol). After your goal is set, you will be given a food and activity journal to keep for one week prior to starting the program. After we decide your goals, I will send you a 12 week plan of how to achieve your goals. Each person I coach receives a different program that is based on preferences and goals. This program does not include a meal plan but instead general nutrition guidance.

I only accept a limited number of clients at a time to make sure those who hire me have the BEST coaching experience.
